Multi Level Network Marketing

Multi level network marketing works on a recruiting model in order to be successful and the selling of the product can be secondary to gaining more salespersons. MLM or multi level marketing gets started when one person selling a product recruits another person to also sell, but also to recruit new salesperson who will also then sell, and recruit. All along the way those people just above the salesman receive a tiny bit of the product profit. Eventually, the people clear at the top of the organization are making very good money from the efforts of those below them. Many of the products sold through an mlm have been very high quality, but didn't change the fact that most associates or reps or whatever the mlm plan called them, sales people didn't make much on the deal. Multi level network marketing companies would be very happy to have fifty thousand people in a city of three hundred thousand persons to be selling their products from door to door or friend to friend and recruiting another twenty thousand reps to the family if possible. Saturation is never a concern for the mlm plan of any company. Multi level network marketing is the backbone of some of the most famous products ever to grace the houses of American citizens. Cleaning agents, make-up , health food, vitamins and a variety of other products offered through neighbors selling to neighbors with an interest not in selling the product but rather recruiting another salesperson have been a part of the mlm marketing system in America for years. Sane and intelligent people who would laugh at getting the warning to "pass along this chain letter to ten more people or else face certain death," sit in rapt attention at revival meeting type pep rallies for mlm associates. But the math doesn't add up and in almost every case, it's the people at the very top of the pyramid scheme, oops, mlm that make the money. Sometime it does seem like God is a long way off, and the best thing to do is just tell Him about like David. "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me and from the words of my roaring?" (Psalm 22:1)

Multi level network marketing sales pitches have been around as long as people have been interested in the dubious idea of having others produce your income while you sit at home eating cream puffs and watching "As the World Revolves Around Me." Very few people haven't been approached by a friend or relative who was selling Vitameatathrowup for twenty dollars a jar and pitching the line that if you get in the selling program also you can be taking company cruises every six months for the rest of your life. Every sales pitch for an mlm marketing system has the proverbial poster children who say, "Just stick with the program and you too can have the good life we now are living." Maybe multi level network marketing systems have worked for some people but for the "believe anything" rest of us, there have been millions of dollars lost as well as probably a few friends along the way.

The question might come up about whether or not all mlm plans are bogus. If the product offered is good and a person is in on the ground floor of an mlm operation, the answer is probably no. Saturation hasn't yet occurred, any bad press about the product hasn't yet been generated and since few people have heard about the current mlm company the chances of getting a lot of reps under you is good. The problem is that no one knows when saturation has occurred. There is no way an mlm company is ever, ever going to mention that possibility but one day it does happen. If a person invests money in a multi level network marketing system near the saturation point, reality says that success is just around the corner from No Way and Not a Chance. If a sales rep goes up to a friend and says, "I just have to tell you about this really exciting whatcahmajigger" and the friend says with an ever dropping tone, "Ohhhhhh that," saturation has hit full force.

There are a number of online multi level network marketing system opportunities being offered and some of them are owned by very well known companies outside the usual mlm marketing system profile. Today weight management, toys, photography, jewelry, gourmet food, legal services and a boat load more products are being promoted by an mlm plan. If they are new products and saturation has not occurred, there is an opportunity to make money, but one stark fact remains. In most mlm programs, very little of the product is sold outside the family of associates, regardless of how good the product actually is. Interestingly, while little product is sold outside the mlm family, there is usually a great deal of pressure inside the family for reps to buy more training supplies and new product samples in order to make more commissions.

Prices on most products, even though some are of high quality, are typically much higher than if purchased in a nearby store. Health care products from a multi level network marketing system are often advanced with the fact that their ingredients come from some secret or exotic island when the best healthcare products come straight from a balanced and well planned diet of nutritious foods. There are twenty conflicting reports on whether massive doses of vitamins are really healthy or not. Yet many mlm marketing system operatives tout their products for unsubstantiated advantages. If a person is considering a mlm position, a great deal of investigation should precede any investment of time and money in its marketing plan. The track record for mlm network marketing sales companies demands it.
